This Privacy Policy describes how Inventro ("the App", "we", "us") handles your information. Inventro is developed by Bitbirds.

Inventro is an offline-first inventory and due-management application. Your business data stays on your device unless you choose to back it up to your own Google Drive.

1. Data We Collect and Store

1.1 Data stored locally on your device

Inventro stores the following information locally on your device. None of this data is sent to us or to any server we operate.

• Business information: business name, logo, owner name, phone number, address
• Customer records: name, phone number, address, outstanding dues
• Vendor records: name, phone number, address
• Products: name, description, images, prices, stock quantities, categories, units
• Transactions: sales, stock in/out, dues, due payments
• Product and business logo images: stored as local files on your device

We do not operate a backend server for this app and therefore cannot access your business data.

1.2 Google Account information

If you choose to sign in with Google for backup and restore, the App receives basic profile information (such as your email address) only to:

• Show which Google account is signed in.
• Authorize access to your Google Drive app-data folder.

Your email address is stored only on your device and is never sent to us.

2. Google Drive Backup

Google Drive backup is optional.

• The App requests only the drive.appdata Google Drive permission.
• The App stores a single backup.zip inside your private Google Drive app-data folder.
• Each new backup replaces the previous backup.
• The backup is transferred securely using HTTPS.
• The backup is stored in your own Google account.
• We cannot access, read, or recover your backup.

You can revoke the App's Google Drive access at any time from your Google Account security settings.

3. Permissions Used

Permission	Purpose
Internet	Google Sign-In and Google Drive backup/restore.
Photos / Media	Select product images or business logos from your device.
Notifications	Displays local progress notifications during backup and restore.

4. Data We Do Not Collect

Inventro does not use analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties. The only data transfer occurs directly between your device and Google's servers when you choose to use Google Sign-In or Google Drive backup.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• Business data remains on your device until the App is uninstalled.
• Google Drive backups remain in your private app-data folder until replaced or deleted.
• Since we do not store your data on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete.

7. Children's Privacy

Inventro is intended for business owners and staff. It is not designed for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the Last updated date.
